A cycle mission to Quito

In February 2004, the municipality of Quito and the Dutch embassy invited two technicians, mr. Sander Douma and mr. Bas Braakman to come over to Quito and assist the local government in developing a cycling policy and a pilot plan for a north-south cycle route throughout the city, in cooperation with the technicians and architects of the local government.
